Are Tre Ponti products really handmade in Italy?

Yes, every Tre Ponti product is handmade in Italy by skilled tailors, who pay the utmost attention to every stitch and detail, creating a unique piece each time.

We recommend visiting the “About Us” section to learn more about our company’s story and meet the tailors who craft our products every day.

How can I choose the right harness size for my dog or cat?

On each product page, next to the size selector, you’ll find a “Size Guide” button. This section will guide you through selecting the right size based on your pet’s measurements.

How can I properly wash and care for Tre Ponti products?

Proper care and storage are essential to maintain the quality of your products and ensure they last over time.

To clean Tre Ponti harnesses and leashes, simply wipe them by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap.

Do not machine wash, use fabric softener, or bleach. If the products come into contact with saltwater or dirty water, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water and carefully dry the metal components to prevent rust.

SHIPPING, WARRANTY & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take for my package to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.

For deliveries within Italy, shipping is free for orders of €62 or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee applies:

  • €5.50 for mainland Italy
  • €6.50 for Sicily and Sardinia

Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

A tracking code will be provided in your order confirmation email so you can follow your shipment.

What payment methods can I use?

You can purchase Tre Ponti products using the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, don’t hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp or at customers@treponti.com

How can I make a return?

If you wish to return a product, please note the following:

  • The risks and direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. Before confirming your return request, our customer service will inform you of the cost of returning the item.
  • You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (e.g., signs of wear, chewing, abrasion, scratches, deformation, etc.), incomplete with all components and accessories (including intact tags and labels attached to the product), or missing instructions/manuals, original packaging, or warranty certificate (if present), you will be liable for the reduction in value and your refund will be limited to the residual value of the product. To avoid this, please handle the product only as necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality, and wrap the original packaging in protective material that preserves its integrity and protects it during shipping, including from markings or labels.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at customers@treponti.com or send a WhatsApp message to +39 335 691 7009, following the instructions provided.

What does the warranty cover?

Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, Tre Ponti guarantees that the Products will be free from material and design defects and will conform to the descriptions on the Website for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from delivery.

The warranty does not apply if the Product is used improperly, cut, modified, washed differently from Tre Ponti’s instructions, or shows signs of wear or chewing. Additionally, Tre Ponti guarantees that the Product will meet standard quality in terms of quantity, quality, durability, functionality, compatibility, and safety.
