The product is sold accompanied not only by this manual, but also by a Declaration of Conformity issued in accordance with the applicable legislation in force within the European territory.

BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT IN ANY WAY, VERIFY THAT THE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY IS PRESENT. IF THE PRODUCT IS TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES, ALL DOCUMENTATION MUST BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH IT.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Harmonia ensures maximum comfort and safety during walks—even with the most energetic dogs.

Its ergonomic structure gently wraps around the ribcage, allowing free and natural shoulder movement while evenly distributing any pulling force without putting pressure on the neck.

The narrow and soft front strap rests on the chest to promote proper gait and help prevent joint issues.

The seamless design prevents irritation, while the silver fiber lining provides antibacterial, odor-resistant, hypoallergenic, and breathable properties.

Extremely easy to put on thanks to the dual front opening with safety buttons, Harmonia is also fully adjustable at four points to fit all shapes and sizes.

It features two attachment rings: one on the back for optimal comfort and anatomical alignment, and one on the chest with anti-pull function for gentle and effective control.

The handle on the back offers a quick grip when needed.

Made from durable, lightweight, waterproof, and scratch-resistant materials, with reflective details that make it ideal for evening walks.

Harmonia harness is ideal for medium and large-sized dogs and is available in two color variants. This product is not a toy.

UNPACKING

The harness is supplied on a hanger and secured to it with a PVC thread.

In case of shipping, the product is placed inside a plastic bag or a cardboard box.

The packaging is designed to contain, preserve, protect, and allow safe handling and delivery of the product without damage or contamination prior to sale.

Carefully remove all packaging elements to avoid damaging the product. If using sharp tools (such as scissors, cutters, or similar) to open the packaging, exercise extreme caution to prevent accidental damage.

Ensure that packaging materials are never made accessible to children.

HANDLING

Due to its light weight and compact size, the product can be handled manually without any issues. Carefully remove all packaging elements (hanger and PVC thread) from the product, taking care to avoid snagging the harness on sharp edges or rough surfaces, which could cause tearing and render the product unusable or unsafe.

RESIDUAL RISKS

During the design phase, the manufacturer conducted a thorough risk analysis of the product. This analysis identified certain risks that are inherently unavoidable. These risks have been individually assessed, and this manual highlights specific instructions on how to prevent them. It is therefore essential that any user intending to use or clean the product has read this manual beforehand.

Any modification to the product is strictly prohibited. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damage to persons, animals, or property resulting from the use of a product that has been improperly modified by unauthorized personnel.

This manual must be carefully preserved, as it is necessary for the correct and safe use of the product. Periodically check the condition of the label affixed to the product and replace it if damaged (contact authorized support if needed).

Do not make the product accessible to children or individuals with limited physical or cognitive abilities who may use it improperly or dangerously.

Maintenance must be carried out strictly according to the instructions in this manual and never by alternative methods. If the product shows signs of deformation, tearing, or breakage that could render it unsafe or unusable, contact authorized support and follow their instructions, or replace the product with a new one.

The product must be replaced if it shows clear signs of wear that compromise its performance.

CONDITIONS OF USE AND STORAGE

Before using the product, it is important to consider the following factors:

- The product can be used both indoors and outdoors, provided the specified conditions are respected.

- The storage area must be selected to ensure it is not exposed to water, open flames, steam jets, or corrosive acids.

- During storage, protect the product from heat sources, direct sunlight, and atmospheric agents.

- Storage temperature range: from -5°C to +45°C.

- Operating temperature range: from -5°C to +40°C.

- Maximum relative humidity: up to 90%, without condensation.

- Between uses, the product must be stored dry and clean, preferably inside a container (e.g., drawer or cabinet) of suitable size and characteristics.

- Keep out of reach of children.

USAGE

Regular Checks

Before using the product, it is necessary to:

- Perform a visual inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition—clean, intact, and with undamaged packaging. If the product shows visible damage such as loose stitching, tears, or stains, it must be replaced.

- Check for any signs of mold and/or other contaminants caused by improper storage. The product must be clean. If not, proceed with cleaning (see section“MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING”).

⚠️ This product is not a toy and must under no circumstances be made available to children (individuals under the age of 14) for play purposes. Risk of strangulation!

Children may only use the product for its intended purpose and under the supervision of an adult.

The product must not be made available to individuals with limited cognitive abilities, as they may use it improperly.

Do not place in or near the mouth or nose.

This product may be used as long as its structure remains intact (e.g., no cuts or tears).

Do not use the product if it is damaged or poses a safety risk.

The product may contain nickel.

Adjustment and Use

- Adjust the size of the harness using the sliders located at the chest and over the shoulders.

- Open the safety-lock buckles located over the shoulders, as well as the two side buckles at chest level. Ensure that the D-ring for leash attachment, located on the back of the harness, remains positioned on the animal’s back and not on the belly.

- Put the harness on the dog and close all the buckles—both at the shoulders and around the chest.

- Fasten the shoulder buckles until they click, then slide the red safety button downward to lock them in place for added security.

- Check the fit of the harness and adjust or reposition it if necessary to ensure proper comfort and functionality.

- Attach the leash carabiner to the D-ring.

NOTE:

- If this is not the first use, make sure the product is clean before putting it on the dog. If it is not clean, please refer to the cleaning instructions in the “Maintenance and Cleaning” section.

- When worn correctly, the harness should be comfortable for the dog and must not restrict or limit any natural body movements.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Periodic Maintenance

The product must be cleaned from time to time, and whenever deemed necessary, to prevent the buildup of dirt and bacteria that could compromise its safety during use.

To clean the harness, simply wipe it with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Alternatively, you may wash the product by immersing it in lukewarm water and gently scrubbing it with neutral soap and a cloth. It is recommended to rinse thoroughly under running water.

Before use and/or storage, always allow the product to dry completely in open air, away from direct sunlight.

⚠️ WARNING:

Ø  Do not use abrasive detergents and/or sponges or cloths, as they may cause irreversible damage to the product.

Ø  DO NOT machine wash.

Ø  DO NOT use fabric softener.

Ø  DO NOT bleach.

Ø  DO NOT wash the product with corrosive acids.

Ø  DO NOT soak the harness in chlorine.

Ø  If any threads or textile fibers come loose from their original position on the harness, and cannot be repositioned, they must not be pulled or torn. If removal is necessary, carefully cut them using scissors, taking the utmost care.

Extraordinary Maintenance                                       

Extraordinary maintenance is required in the event of breakage, unforeseen incidents, or improper use of the product.

Situations that may arise are entirely unpredictable; therefore, it is not possible to provide standardized intervention procedures.

If needed, please contact the manufacturer’s technical support service to receive instructions appropriate to the specific situation.

DISPOSAL

This product is manufactured with durability, strength, and flexibility in mind, allowing it to be used multiple times.

Once the product reaches the end of its technical and operational life, it must be disposed of in such a way that it can no longer be used for the purposes for which it was originally designed and manufactured, while still allowing for the recovery and reuse of the raw materials it is made from.

The possibility of reusing certain parts of the product is entirely at the user’s own responsibility.

Product disposal must comply with local waste disposal regulations.

The product should be disposed of as non-recyclable dry waste (PVC), the tags as paper (PAP), and the clips as plastic (PP).

In case of doubt, please consult the waste collection center in your area.

WARRANTY

The warranty terms, fully detailed in the purchase agreement, are valid only if the product is used under the intended conditions of use. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, negligence, or poor storage of the product.

The products we sell are covered by a warranty under the following conditions:

1 - The warranty is valid for a period of 12 or 24 months, depending on the type of buyer.

2 - The manufacturer undertakes to replace, at its sole discretion, any parts found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, only after thorough inspection and confirmation of the defect.

3 - In cases of incorrect use of the warranty, transport and/or shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.

4 - During the warranty period, any replaced products or components become the property of the manufacturer.

5 - This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, provided that the instructions for proper use, cleaning, and storage—contained in this manual—have been followed. The warranty becomes void if the original owner transfers ownership of the product or if the product has been modified in any way.

6 - The warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive stress, such as using the product after detecting a defect, using unsuitable handling methods, or failing to follow the instructions for use.

7 - He manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any difficulties in reselling or using the product abroad due to regulations in force in the country where the product was sold.

8 - The defective product or part must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement; otherwise, the replacement part will be charged to the buyer.

9 - To maintain the high aesthetic and safety standards of the product, it is recommended to replace it every 2 years.
